1. Agent Services: The agent will diligently search for vehicles that match the make, model, year range, mileage range, and price range specified by the customer.
2. Communication: The agent will send the customer information on available vehicles at future dealer only auctions that meet the specified criteria. This information will include vehicle reports with condition details if available.
3. Vehicle Condition Reports: The customer is responsible for reviewing and understanding the vehicle condition reports provided by the agent. The agent is available to answer any questions the customer may have regarding these reports.
4. The customer provides a deposit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the intended vehicle purchase price. This deposit is refundable at any time prior to the vehicle being successfully purchased at auction on the customer's behalf, minus a non-refundable service fee for services rendered.
The non-refundable service fee is as follows:
- $500 for vehicles with a purchase price under $40,000
- $1,000 for vehicles with a purchase price of $40,000 or more
Once a vehicle has been purchased at auction on the customer's behalf, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied toward the total purchase cost.
5. Customer Obligations: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle condition reports and ensure they understand the condition of the vehicle before approving any purchase decisions.
